How to use Housetory

Use this guide to register, add houses and stories, create Research Network profiles, and manage your submissions.

Getting started

Housetory helps communities preserve the memories, history and stories connected to homes and places. Most contributions are reviewed before they appear publicly.

Add a memory

Memories are added from a House page. Find the house first, then choose Add Memory to share a personal or community story.

How review works

Housetory uses moderation to help keep public information respectful, useful and reliable. New submissions are usually saved for review before publication. If you edit an item after it has already been published, it may return to review before becoming public again.
